Based in the mid-west, my wife and I own about 10 acres with four horses, five beautiful kids, and a bounty of knowledge to share. This blog is one way that we can pass along some of our know-how.
My Wife has always been what I consider to be one of those “crazy horse ladies.” Even while staying in the dorms where we met she had horses boarded not far away.
We purchased my first horse for a whopping 100$ and I have been riding with my wife ever since. Along the way, I have learned a ton but felt that I needed to buckle down and research some things related to these amazing animals that we raise. I thought that there had to be more people in my boat and I decided to share the things I learn along the way by posting to this site.
